This is consistent with the lack of inventory seen in our entire region though opportunity exists with new construction that is not seen on the MLS yet (ask us more about finding off market new construction). Anticipate additional options for purchase as we move into the selling season of the spring and summer. The box to the upper right shows the recent sales activity. In the past 3 months, 134 homes have sold and this puts us at a pace of a rounded 45 sales per month, which is consistent with the seasonal decline in activity from the winter months.
